Q; When do tickets go on sale to the general public?
Q; Is there camping or accommodation on site?
A: No. It is highly recommended you plan your trip well in advance as there is no accommodation available on site. Car parks close at Midnight on the night of the concert and camping / staying overnight is NOT permitted.
Q: What happens if all of the tickets sell out?
A: The tickets to each event are strictly limited. Once they sell out that’s it, so make sure you get in quick.
Q: I want to be as close as possible to the stages. What kind of ticket should I buy?
Q: Are there VIP tickets available?
A: There are two types of VIP tickets.
Crossroads Precinct VIP ticket.
This ticket allows you exclusive access to a new Crossroads VIP precinct constructed in the center of the venue with views of the main stage.
This precinct gives you exclusive access to;
- VIP bar featuring premium beverages
- VIP restroom area gourmet food offerings
- VIP beergarden
- VIP merchandise area
- Raised viewing area
Crossroads Club VIP Ticket
This ticket allows you exclusive access to the Crossroads Club VIP Terrace which is located at the back of the venue and provides a raised viewing perspective across the whole festival.
This premium package includes:
- Complimentary gourmet cocktail style lunch catering.
- Premium Beverage Package – 5 hour complimentary premium beer & wine during the day.
- VIP car parking
- VIP fast access entry lane
- Terrace seating
- Table service
- Private VIP restroom area
- Private merchandise outlets
- Video screens throughout the Terrace area
- Exclusive access to the Private Crossroads Club VIP lounge featuring: Premium beer wine and spirits bar, lounge area & special live performances by select artists on the Crossroads Club Stage. (Exclusive to Crossroads Club ticket holders)
- Exclusive access to the Goldfish after party.
Q: How many tickets can I buy
A: There is a limit of 10 tickets per per transaction.
Q. Do you have a map of the venue?
Yes! Here it is.
Q: Will there be parking available?
A: Yes. There is ample parking within close walking distance from the entry gates.
The primary event car park can be accessed via the main entrance of the Hunter Valley Gardens located on Broke Road, west of the venue.
The VIP car park is accessible from Broke road on the eastern side of Roche Estate.
All parking will be signposted clearly.
Whilst car parking is free and available close by the event – if you plan to drive please expect delays. Roche Estate is a rural venue with limited access and event traffic can cause lengthy queues. Access to all car parks is controlled by Event and Traffic Management Staff – please follow their directions at all times.
Car parks will open two hours prior to the advertised gate opening time – early access will NOT be granted. Car Parks close at Midnight on the night of the event and camping / staying overnight is NOT permitted.
Accessible parking is available to NSW Accessible Parking Scheme Permit Holders. Whilst accessible parking is located as close to the entry gates as possible – please note that being a an outdoor event site all patrons will be required to traverse grass and dirt paths located inside and outside of the venue.
Q. Do I need to bring ID to the festival?
A. Yes, you will need to produce current valid ID upon entry and to gain access to bar areas.
Q: I’ve bought a GA ticket. Can I bring my own chair with me?
A: General Admission ticket holders are permitted to bring 1 low profile chair NO higher than 15cm off the ground.
Chairs higher than 15cm will NOT be permitted.
Whilst it is understood that patrons may choose stand and dance during the event – we ask you please respect those seated around you.
Other items NOT permitted include Eskies and Picnic Baskets and all furniture including Folding Chairs, Tents, Gazebos or Inflatable Structures.
You are however, very welcome to bring a picnic blanket.
Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks?
A: As Roche Estate is a fully licensed venue patrons are NOT permitted to bring ANY liquids into the event.
Empty plastic water bottles are permitted and may be re-filled free of charge once inside the event.
Roche Estate is also a fully catered venue and a number of high quality food stalls and hospitality packages will be available.
Commercial and packaged store bought food will NOT be permitted into the venue.
Q: Will food and drinks be available to buy?
A: Yes. There will be a large variety of local food vendors as well as lots of bars selling beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks.
Q: Is the event all ages?
A: Yes. The festival events are licensed all ages.
Q. How much are children tickets?
A. Children under 12 are free, accompanied by a ticket holding parent or guardian.
Q: Is there wheelchair access for the festival events and what sort of ticket should I purchase?
An accessible area is provided at the events for all ticket holders.
Q. Will I be able to leave and re-enter the festival?
A. No. Passouts will not be issued on the day.
Q. How do I get a food or market stall at the festival?

Q. How do I apply to play at the festival?
A. Although the 2018 lineups are already filled, contact email@example.com with any artist requests. We would love to hear from you.
Q. Will there be phone reception at the venue?
A. Yes, absolutely, however this can vary in quality depending on attendance. It is suggested to setup a meeting place inside the event with your group.
Q. Will there be mobile phone charging stations?
A. Yes. These will be available at the event services tent near the main entrance.
